How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 24 h. Delivery to Spain, the EU and the UK usually takes 5–7 business days, fully tracked.
How much is shipping?
Free to Spain, the EU and the UK on every order, with no minimum spend. Rest of the world: €12.99.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery, no questions asked. It must come back unused and in its original packaging.
What warranty do they have?
Two years against manufacturing defects, counting from the day your order arrives.
Do they handle rain?
The coated canvas shrugs off splashes and light rain, but they are not waterproof — do not soak them.
How do I look after them?
Wipe with a damp cloth and let them air dry. No washing machine, no dryer, and keep them out of direct heat.
